👀 What does success look like in this role?

You’ll work on a rich set of features in the core accounting platform, destined to simplify expense management for thousands of businesses, ranging from daily expense management, to integrating with European finance networks.

You'll work daily with a tight-knit, skilled team including Romaric, Rodolphe, Mikk, Jo, and Ying, all based in France.

📋 Your Role as a Fullstack Developer

You’ll join a cross-functional squad with end-to-end ownership of impactful features.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Create polished, intuitive UIs with React
• Lead feature development from idea to production with autonomy
• Help improve infrastructure, CI/CD, and team processes
• Share knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture

🔎 About You

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong backend experience: Node.js
• Frontend proficiency with React
• Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and clean code practices
• Comfortable owning projects and delivering autonomously
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with NestJS, SQL, or infrastructure tools
• Project manager skills
• Speaking German is a bonus
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code
• Background in FinTech or similar industries

🚀 What Success Looks Like

• 3 Months: Integrated with the team, taking ownership of complex tasks, knowing key stakeholders
• 6 Months: Leading first projects, driving technical decisions, impacting scope outside of your team
