Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on building testable, performant, and maintainable backend services with Go and React frontend. You should have a passion for software craftsmanship and product development with well-considered opinions on how software should work, holding yourself and your code to a high standard.

• A monolithic backend built in Go
• A modern React frontend

Who are you?

You are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in Go/Backend and React, dedicated to building testable, performant, and maintainable software. Your passion lies in developing scalable backend services while also ensuring a seamless user experience on the frontend.

We expect you to have an excellent understanding of how a SaaS solution is architected and how its fundamental components work.

Requirements:

• Strong Backend Engineering experience, ideally with Go
• Strong Frontend Engineering experience, ideally with React
• Alternatively, proficiency in Java or C# and a desire to learn and work with Go (Go can be learned quickly if you have experience with either)
• Solid understanding of Frontend Development with React/Redux
• Experience with Postgres SQL, Redis, and Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of AWS (especially ECS) is a bonus

What we ask of you:

• Technical Wizard: 3+ years as a senior engineer, experienced with databases, APIs, web & mobile clients, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Tech Multiplier: A team player who enjoys learning from/coaching others and raising team skills. Our internal structure is flat and we
• Domain Learner: Willingness to learn about the payroll domain, including the complexities of salary slips.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English

• Spend most of your time writing beautiful code.
• Work with a clean, organised codebase across a few services.
• Collaborate with a strong engineering team.
