👀 Revenue and Growth at Ageras
The team has two missions: generating revenue for Ageras by attracting and converting prospects, and retaining users by increasing their activation and engagement.
To stay on course and achieve these goals, the team consists of around twenty people divided into five team: User Journey, Organic Acquisition, Revenue Operations, and Performance Marketing—which you will be part of.

📋 Your Role as a Performance Marketing Manager
By joining the Performance Marketing team, your goal will be to help Ageras continue its impact on its core users—entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
Joining us as a Performance Marketing Manager means becoming part of a well-structured Marketing team, where you’ll have an autonomous role with many projects to build.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, pMAX, DemandGen, App), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms across France, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark

Technical Expert: Build and evolve the tech and measurement strategies including:
- Media effectiveness measurement including lift studies and actionable E2E measurement
- Conversion tracking, consent mode v2, enhanced conversions
- Google Ads data hub for first-party data, BigQuery
- Building dashboards in Looker Studio using Funnel.io/Supermetrics
- Budget Management: Handle significant budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of paid acquisition efforts and alignment with broader business goals.

Black belt in Media Operations: Own SEM & Social Media campaign execution and media operations:
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, social media, affiliate, and display.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI, such as bid optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency.

🔎 About you
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing significant budgets and optimizing acquisition funnels.
- Strategic & Operational excellence: Ability to think strategically while being deeply operational and hands-on. You belong to the top 5% of performance marketers or have the curiosity and drive to get there. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, including value-based bidding and target ROAS.
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience with advanced digital marketing technologies, tracking setups, data analytics, and performance measurement. Experience with lead scoring and passing data back to Google Ads.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in interpreting data to make informed business decisions and optimizations.
- Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages as French or German are a plus.
